There’s nothing like some dope hip hop to get you through your Monday and Confessions Of Fire is definitely that. CAM’RON has a classic in this album and this is what put me onto Harlem in the ’90s and later led me to Dipset.  From “Glory” to “Horse And Carriage” to “Wrong Ones” to “A Pimp’s A Pimp” and of course the vivid and lively “Fuck You”, Confessions Of Fire gave us a full introduction to Cam’s flow; whether you rock with him now or not, you can’t help but think back to what you were doing when this dropped in ’98.

I was going into seventh grade – good times.
